Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AdWrangler, including the website, application, beta features, generation tools, review workflows, finishing tools, publishing workflows, and related services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, using a workspace, or signing an order form, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
If you use AdWrangler for a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use AdWrangler.
Beta and Early Access
AdWrangler may be offered as alpha, beta, early access, or preview software. Beta features may change, break, be rate-limited, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. We may limit access, usage, connected accounts, generation credits, rendering, publishing, storage, or support availability to protect the service and other users.
Accounts and Workspaces
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and invited collaborator access.
- You are responsible for the actions taken in your workspace by your team members, contractors, clients, reviewers, publishers, and other invited users.
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it current.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, abusive, unlawful, unpaid, or creates service or third-party provider risk.
Customer Content
Customer Content includes prompts, briefs, uploaded files, generated media, designs, timelines, comments, client feedback, brand assets, social captions, publishing metadata, and other material submitted to or created through AdWrangler. You retain ownership of your Customer Content, subject to any rights held by your clients, licensors, providers, platforms, or other third parties.
You grant AdWrangler a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, store, transform, and otherwise use Customer Content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, including integrations with AI providers, storage providers, render services, and social publishing providers selected or enabled for your workspace.
Your Responsibilities
- Obtain all rights, permissions, releases, licenses, and consents needed for Customer Content and published material.
- Review AI-generated, edited, scheduled, or published material before using it publicly or commercially.
- Comply with advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, platform, and industry-specific rules that apply to your campaigns.
- Avoid misleading claims, unlawful targeting, prohibited content, spam, impersonation, malware, credential misuse, and attempts to bypass usage limits.
AI, Providers, and Publishing
AdWrangler may route jobs to platform-managed providers, customer-owned provider accounts, storage providers, render engines, and social publishing providers. Provider outputs and availability are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that generated or edited content is accurate, lawful, brand-safe, and appropriate for the intended use.
Connected publishing features can submit, schedule, or track posts through third-party platforms. You are responsible for selected destinations, captions, scheduled times, platform permissions, and public posts.
Plans, Credits, and Usage Limits
Plans may include credits, storage, rendering limits, connected social account allowances, provider features, team seats, or other usage limits. Credits and allowances are not cash, have no cash value, and may expire or reset according to the applicable plan or order form.
We may enforce hard stops, rate limits, fraud checks, storage limits, provider limits, rendering limits, and other controls before or after an action is requested.
Fees and Payment
Paid plans, beta fees, add-ons, setup fees, or usage-based charges will be described in the applicable checkout flow, invoice, order form, or written agreement. You authorize collection of applicable fees and taxes through the selected payment method or invoicing arrangement.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy or required by law.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, provider, model, integration, plan, or beta program. We aim to provide reasonable notice when practical, but urgent security, abuse, provider, infrastructure, or legal issues may require immediate action.
Disclaimers and Limits
AdWrangler is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated content, provider outputs, publishing actions, analytics, cost estimates, or workflow recommendations will be uninterrupted, accurate, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdWrangler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, provider outages, publishing mistakes, or business interruption.
