Beta Program

AdWrangler beta access is offered to selected users and organizations for workflow validation, product feedback, operational learning, and early commercial testing. Beta access is not a public availability commitment.

High-Touch Participation

  • We may ask beta participants to complete onboarding, use real workflow examples, submit feedback, report issues, and participate in product review calls.
  • We may prioritize or remove accounts based on fit, activity, risk, support load, or product learning value.
  • We may anonymize or aggregate learnings and usage patterns for product planning, marketing, and investor/customer education unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Beta Limitations

  • Features may be incomplete, unstable, rate-limited, manually operated, or changed without notice.
  • Usage caps may be stricter than future plans.
  • Provider integrations, rendering, publishing, and analytics may fail or behave differently than expected.
  • Support response times may vary during beta, especially for custom workflows, provider outages, or third-party platform issues.

No Production Dependency Without Approval

Do not depend on beta features for mission-critical publishing, regulated advertising, customer commitments, or time-sensitive campaigns without a backup workflow and explicit internal approval from your organization.

Conversion to Paid or Live Plans

Beta access may end, convert to a paid plan, move to a new pricing model, or require acceptance of updated terms. We will try to provide reasonable notice before requiring a paid conversion where practical.
