This Privacy Policy explains how AdWrangler collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit the website, request alpha or beta access, create an account, use the application, invite collaborators, submit feedback, connect providers, or use related services.
This policy is designed for a business-to-business creative operations product. Customers are responsible for their own privacy notices and legal bases when they upload, process, publish, or collect information about their clients, audiences, employees, contractors, or other individuals.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email, organization, role, login state, invitations, and collaborator access.
- Workspace information such as client names, projects, brand settings, campaign details, budgets, calendar items, comments, review decisions, publishing records, and feedback.
- Customer Content such as prompts, uploaded media, generated assets, captions, design files, video timelines, review comments, screenshots submitted with feedback, and provider metadata.
- Usage and diagnostic information such as page visits, actions, feature use, storage usage, credit usage, render jobs, provider status, publishing status, errors, device/browser details, and logs.
- Billing and commercial information such as plan, invoices, payment status, subscriptions, credits, add-ons, and company contact details, when billing is enabled.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve AdWrangler.
- Authenticate users, manage roles, enforce permissions, and protect tenant/client boundaries.
- Process generation, import, upload, editing, review, publishing, storage, rendering, and feedback workflows.
- Calculate credits, storage, profitability, plan usage, and service limits.
- Communicate about access, invitations, support, billing, service updates, beta participation, and security.
- Detect abuse, investigate incidents, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Providers
AdWrangler may use or connect to third-party services for authentication, hosting, database, storage, email, AI generation, rendering, provider import, social publishing, analytics, payment processing, monitoring, and support. Customer Content and account data may be shared with these providers only as needed to provide the requested service or integration.
If you connect customer-owned provider accounts or social accounts, the third party's own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including role-based access controls, tenant scoping, private media access, encrypted provider credentials where supported, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs. Some assets may be deleted or archived by workspace users or administrators, subject to technical backup, audit, and legal-retention limits.
Choices and Requests
Workspace owners can manage many account, collaborator, project, client, asset, and feedback settings in the application. Requests for access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy questions can be sent to the contact below. We may need to verify your identity and may route workspace data requests through the organization that controls the workspace.
International and State Privacy Notes
Privacy rights vary by location. If laws such as California privacy laws, GDPR, or similar rules apply to your organization or use case, you may need additional notices, agreements, or processing terms. AdWrangler's beta policy pages are not a substitute for customer-specific legal review.
