Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects AdWrangler, our customers, third-party providers, social platforms, and the public. It applies to all use of the website, application, APIs, beta features, connected providers, storage, rendering, and publishing workflows.

Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or exploitative activity.
  • Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, platform manipulation, fake engagement, or attempts to evade provider or platform rules.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
  • Impersonation, misleading endorsements, undisclosed paid influence, fabricated proof, deceptive product claims, or ads that cannot be substantiated.
  • Harassment, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
  • High-risk professional advice, regulated claims, political persuasion, financial promises, health claims, employment claims, housing claims, or other sensitive advertising without proper review and compliance controls.
  • Attempts to overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with AdWrangler, providers, social platforms, or other customers.

AI and Creative Review

  • You must review generated, imported, edited, scheduled, or published content before using it publicly or commercially.
  • You must not represent AI-generated outputs as factual, endorsed, tested, compliant, or human-created unless you have the rights and evidence to support that claim.
  • You are responsible for claims, disclosures, substantiation, rights clearance, platform compliance, and client approval.

Provider and Platform Rules

Third-party providers and social platforms may impose additional acceptable-use rules. You must comply with those rules when using connected provider accounts, social accounts, publishing destinations, or provider-generated media.

Enforcement

We may remove content, block actions, limit usage, suspend accounts, disable integrations, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or terminate access if we believe this policy has been violated or if use creates legal, provider, platform, security, or operational risk.
