Refund and Cancellation Policy

Beta Billing Posture

During alpha or paid beta, AdWrangler may use manual invitations, invoices, promotional pricing, custom plans, founder plans, trials, or test billing. Specific commercial terms may be provided in an order form, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.

Cancellation

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, workspace owners may request cancellation by contacting AdWrangler. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the account is terminated for policy, security, legal, or payment reasons.

Refunds

• Fees are generally non-refundable once a paid period, setup service, add-on, provider usage, render, or generation credit allocation has started.
• We may consider goodwill credits or refunds case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, severe service failures, or other circumstances we approve in writing.
• Third-party provider charges, social platform costs, payment processor fees, custom onboarding, implementation work, and consumed credits are generally not refundable.
• Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Credits, Storage, and Add-Ons

Credits, storage allowances, connected social account allowances, render limits, and other add-ons are service allowances, not stored value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred outside the workspace, or refunded except where expressly agreed.

Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, workspace access, exports, connected accounts, provider integrations, and retained content may be limited. Customers should export needed material before cancellation. Deletion and retention are handled according to the Privacy Policy and any written agreement.
